Description: This search functionality is used to extract the subnetworks from a list of proteins that are entered. The subnetwork is visualised on the webpage using the igraph package of R its possible to download the files for visualisation in Cytoscape.

Example: SRC, PECAM1, VASP, MAPK1, PTPN1, WAS

Result: First, it cross checks if all entered proteins have a match. If there are missing or not matching proteins, a list of similar proteins is suggested and the user can go back to the previous page page and resubmit the entries. If all proteins have a match, one can click on the link "To view the interactions in Network format, click here" in order to view the graphical representation. The cytoscape files can be downloaded and used for network visualisation in Cytoscape.
